Shipping Policy

Orders received before 1:00 P.M. EST will ship the same day provided the product ordered is in stock. If the item is marked as shipping directly from the manufacturer it may take 3-5 business days for it to ship.

We are closed on all major U.S. holidays. All orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

We can ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. These estimates are based on information provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping is from our warehouse, the manufacturer, or a distribution facility of our choice to your address. We are responsible for getting your package to the shipping carrier in a timely manner. The shipping carrier is responsible for safe and timely delivery to your address.

The shipping carrier may not deliver inside your building. If possible, packages are left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, or with a neighbor or leasing office. For more information on carriers delivery policies, please contact the carrier.

Returns Policy

Please contact us before returning all orders. You may return most new, unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Charges associated with returning items to PriceChef are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. 

Please Note: If you refuse a delivery, the order will be refunded after all applicable restocking and shipping fees are deducted.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

PriceChef will gladly accept returns whenever you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken, or worn), in the original packaging with the original packing list, and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components. Please write "RETURN" on the original packing list next to each product being returned, and include it with your shipment.

Once received, we will confirm the sellable condition of the products. If the returned product is not in new condition, a refund will not be issued. If a refund is issued, it will be to the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase, in the amount that was paid for the returned items, not including shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When shipping returns, we highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items to PriceChef are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
